THE VISITOR PASS Register before the start of the event and your visitor pass is free (otherwise registration on site is charged 90 euros including VAT). A visitor pass includes: < access to the exhibition < your company profile posted on the system for pre-arranging meetings With a free visitor pass, your company profile is posted on the system for pre-arranging meetings, you don’t have access to the system but other participants can browse your profile and request meetings with you. If you would like to have access to the system you can purchase an upgraded visitor pass. THE UPGRADED VISITOR PASS An upgraded visitor pass includes: < access to the exhibition < access to the system for pre-arranging meetings < access to lunch on 20 and 21 March Cost of the upgraded visitor pass: 450 euros excluding VAT.
