Non-promotional presentations at the Bio/PharMOS conference are strictly by invitation, but we will consider suggestions to inform delegates about the emerging trends in this globalising industry in the strategic and operational sessions. SHOWCASING YOUR COMPANY IN THE EXHIBITORS’ DIRECTORY Our exhibitors’ directory is distributed to all participants. We publish professionally designed A4-colour-page company presentations: in order to feature your organisation just send us your company profile and photos, we do the rest of the artwork to create an attention-grabbing page. Cost of the company presentation in the exhibitors’ directory: 1650 euros excluding VAT. ADVERTISING IN THE EXHIBITORS’ DIRECTORY You may choose different positions for an A4-coulour-advertisement in our exhibitors’ directory distributed to all participants: < inside the directory: 1500 euros excluding VAT < inside front cover: 2500 euros excluding VAT < inside back cover: 2500 euros excluding VAT < outside back cover: 3500 euros excluding VAT LOGO ON WEBSITE While all registered exhibitors will be listed on our website, there is a limited opportunity for exhibitors to add their logo on the exhibitors’ list page: 500 euros excluding VAT. BRANDED BADGE LANYARDS We will distribute a badge holder to every participant using a cotton lanyard. We offer you the exclusive opportunity to display your company identity and logo on the lanyards: 1500 euros excluding VAT. BRANDED CARRIER BAGS We will be distributing Bio/PharMOS carrier bags to all participants for their exhibitors’ directory and other materials. In order to benefit from exclusively identifying corporate logo on the bags: 3000 euros excluding VAT. BRANDED USB FLASH DRIVES We will distribute a USB flash drive to attendees to the conference with the conference materials uploaded. You can exclusively display your logo on the flash drives, a tool which will be used and re-used by the attendees back in their office: 2500 euros excluding VAT.
