To make sure you will make the most of your visit at Bio/PharMOS, we offer enhanced networking opportunities for deal-making. SYSTEM FOR PRE-ARRANGING MEETINGS Our online system allows you to pre-arrange meetings with other participants before the event, browsing their profile to research partnering opportunities and to request meetings. For each meeting agreed by a company you have selected, you can reserve a table in our dedicated meeting lounge (30 minutes per meeting). At your arrival at the venue you will receive the up-to-date list of participants and you will have the possibility to request additional meetings via our message board. Our system for pre-arranging meetings is available for free to all participants except to those who order a free visitor pass. REFRESHMENTS LOUNGE From 09:30 to 16:30 we serve free hot and cold drinks to all participants in our refreshments lounge located at the heart of the exhibition hall, a few meters away from the conference room. This strategic place for networking is busy all-day long. GALA DINNER Bio/PharMOS gala dinner will take place on 20 March at 20:00 at the seaside Hotel Monte Carlo Bay.
